100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Your website should feel right. Here is how the money-back promise works.
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. The promise
Your custom website project comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of the entire amount you have paid for the project within the request period below.
The refund includes your deposit and any subsequent project payments. No amount is deducted for design, development, or revision work already completed.
2. When you can request a refund
You can request a refund at any time up to and including your 30-day review call. That call is the final checkpoint for raising a refund request under this guarantee.
Once the 30-day review call has concluded, the refund request period under this guarantee has ended.
3. Unlimited edits and your feedback
Unlimited edits are included with your website project. The goal is to work together until you are happy with the result, rather than leave you with a website that does not meet your expectations.
You are expected to share clear feedback and work collaboratively through a few rounds of revisions so your concerns can be addressed. If you are still unhappy, a refund provides a way to end the project instead.
There is no fixed minimum number of revision rounds required to submit a refund request within the period above.
4. What happens after a refund
A refund terminates the website project. It is a cancellation of the work, not a way to receive the finished website at no cost.
Once the refund is issued, any ownership or usage rights granted to you in the custom design and code created for the refunded project end. You will not receive or retain those project deliverables, and you must stop using them, including any copies already provided.
The refunded design and code may not be published, reused, reproduced, modified, distributed, or transferred to another developer for continued use.
Your own materials, such as content and logos you supplied, remain yours. The refund does not transfer ownership of those materials to Business Website Design.
5. How to request a refund
Use the contact page to identify your project and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. You can also make the request directly during your 30-day review call.
Explain what is not working for you so the request and your concerns can be understood. Your request must be made within the period described above.
6. How this fits with the agreement
This guarantee forms part of the terms for your website project. Read it alongside the Terms of Service and the written agreement describing your project.
If a general non-refundable-fees provision conflicts with a refund covered by this guarantee, this guarantee controls for that refund.
