Actual client work
Real projects from my portfolio. The case note below explains the location, collaboration, and design approach; open the project for more details.
Selected project: Quick & Clean Car Wash
Quick & Clean Car Wash is an actual portfolio project for a business in Ogden, Utah, designed in partnership with Iron Bridge Solutions. The website brings services, unlimited wash memberships, and customer perks together in a clean, mobile-friendly layout.
The customer task: understand the wash options and memberships before choosing a next step. The design approach: give those choices clear places on the site rather than making visitors search through one long sales message.
See the Quick & Clean project. This is a documented example of the work, not a promise of a particular ranking or sales result.
Working with me
One person, one website, yours to keep.
I design and build every site personally, sometimes using AI agents and tools as part of the process. You talk directly to me, not an account manager. It is a one-time custom website project for a Utah business, and you own what gets built. Unlimited edits and a satisfaction guarantee are part of it. If you need more than a website, custom web apps are scoped separately.
Six bonuses included
- 01Technical SEO and AI visibility
- 02Brand style guide
- 03CRM integrations
- 04Mobile speed optimization
- 05Accessibility standards
- 0630-day post-launch call
How buying works
Your Utah website project process
1. Talk through your business. We discuss your customers, current website, goals, and the next step visitors should take. 2. Agree the scope and plan. We clarify pages, content, functionality, budget, and a project schedule before the design and build. 3. Review and refine. You work directly with me on feedback and revisions. Unlimited edits and the satisfaction guarantee are part of the website offer; we discuss the details before starting. 4. Launch with clarity. We review the website, discuss access and hosting, and hand over a build you own. Support and website updates remain available afterward.
Local context
Different Utah businesses need different websites
A homeowner comparing contractors in Utah Valley has different questions from a purchasing manager evaluating a supplier or a visitor planning a stay in southern Utah. Your custom website should help those customers make their actual decisions.
- Home and local services: clear service pages, accurate coverage, project evidence, and an easy quote request.
- Healthcare and appointments: understandable services, provider information, and a clear distinction between an appointment request and a confirmed booking.
- Retail, restaurants, and visitor-facing businesses: products or menus, current hours, directions, and the right order or reservation path on mobile.
- Professional, technical, and B2B businesses: a plain-language explanation of capabilities, relevant expertise, and a useful route to an inquiry.
Utah's industry priorities also include technology, financial technology, life sciences and healthcare, aerospace and defense, and energy. If your customers need to understand a technical requirement or complex product, the website should make that explanation easier—not make them work harder to find it.
Working together across Utah
You can work directly with me by email, call, and video whether your business is in northern Utah, along the Wasatch Front, in Utah Valley, or in southern Utah. The project starts with your customers and your actual service area, not a different package for every city.
For a multi-location business, we can plan a statewide overview and useful location pages where customers need different service, access, or contact information. Individual city guides add local detail as they are reviewed and published. The map provides geographic context, not office locations.
Buyer FAQ
Questions about a Utah website project
What determines the cost of my website?
The scope does: the pages, content, functionality, and integrations your business needs. We discuss your budget and agree the project scope before starting. The website is a one-time project; clarify hosting, third-party subscriptions, and any later support separately so you understand potential ongoing costs.
How is the project timeline agreed?
The schedule depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations, and review process. We discuss a realistic project schedule before starting rather than promise the same turnaround for every website.
What do I need to provide?
Bring your existing website if you have one, a description of your services or products, brand assets and photos you can use, and the main action you want visitors to take. We can identify what content is useful and what still needs to be prepared during the first conversation.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We look at what already works, what confuses customers, and what needs to change. Useful content and customer paths can inform the new build; if URLs need to change, redirects and existing search visibility should be part of the plan.
Who controls the website, domain, and hosting?
You own the finished website build. Domain access, hosting, maintenance, and paid third-party tools are separate topics that we clarify before launch, so you understand what you control and which ongoing services you are choosing.
Can we work together outside Utah Valley?
Yes. We can discuss goals, review designs, and share feedback by call, video, and email. You work directly with the owner throughout the website project.
What support is available after launch?
Support and website updates remain available, and a 30-day post-launch call is included. Discuss the scope and cost of later work when you need it; ownership does not imply free lifetime maintenance. Custom web applications are scoped separately.
Is search optimization included?
Technical SEO and AI visibility are included, along with mobile speed optimization and accessibility standards. Clear content, descriptive metadata, and crawlable page structure support discovery, but no particular ranking, traffic, or lead volume is guaranteed. A brand style guide and CRM integrations are also included bonuses.

Across Utah. Built around your customers.
