- Agreement to Terms. By engaging with this website or purchasing services from Business Website Design LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
- Services Provided. We provide website design, development, hosting, consulting, marketing, analytics reporting, and related digital services. Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written proposals, invoices, or service agreements.
- Payments & Billing. All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription services continue until canceled. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Client Responsibilities. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary content, and lawful materials. Clients must have proper rights to any content, images, or branding assets supplied.
- Messaging Terms. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related text messages, phone calls, and emails. Marketing messages are sent only with explicit opt-in consent. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or unsubscribing from emails. Message and data rates may apply.
- Analytics & Reporting. If granted access to platforms such as Google Business Profile or website analytics tools, we may collect and report performance data including call volume, website visits, impressions, engagement metrics, and related analytics. Reports are informational and do not guarantee specific business results.
- No Guarantees. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic levels, revenue increases, or specific marketing outcomes.
- Confidentiality. We treat private client information as confidential and will not publicly disclose sensitive data without written consent, except as required by law.
- Recording & Publication. Business Website Design LLC does not routinely record client interactions. If we choose in the future to publish testimonials, case studies, or educational content involving client projects, we will obtain explicit written consent prior to publication.
- Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, clients own the custom website content created for them unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Limitation of Liability. Business Website Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, platform outages, third-party service failures, or search engine changes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services within the previous 12 months.
- Termination. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
- Modifications. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
